In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and pursuant to Law 480/2004 Sb., on some information society services and on the amendment of some laws
to the withdrawal of this consent to the data controllers Kampa Park spol. s r.o., company ID: 62911163, and Cihelna Entertainment Complex s.r.o., ID: 26708582, I give consent to the processing of my personal data which I provide to the controller. The personal data that will be processed on this basis include name, surname, place of business, date of birth, telephone and / or email connection, gender, nationality, information about whether or not I have children, information about my interests. The controller is authorized to provide my data to other entities within the KampaGroup.
The purpose of processing personal data is to refer to the offerings of KampaGroup companies and third-party collaborators distributed according to the information you provide, including invitations to events, news about our restaurants, new menus, information about provided services, etc., based on marketing and profiling.
I give this consent on a voluntary basis and I am aware that I can withdraw it at any time, by e-mail at petra@kampagroup.com. The subject of the e-mail must be "withdrawal of consent".
At the same time, I acknowledge that failure to grant or withdraw this consent may result in the failure to send or offer certain services or offers. However, non-consent does not mean the cancellation or non-service of my MTD membership if I am a member of the MTD loyalty program. Further information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the appendix to this agreement and forms an integral part thereof.
