How do I register?

If you register online, at morethandining.com, you'll get 50 bonus points as a start (for the value of points, please see below). Within a week you will receive an email with your member ID and all details necessary to get started

Is my information confidential?

Yes, all information that you provide to us in connection with MTD program, are considered strictly confidential, in agreement with Act 101/2000, paragraph about personal data protection, and will not be forwarded to any third party.

Do I get a card?

Yes, you will receive a membership card by mail to the address provided in your registration form. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery. The card is valid for an unlimited period of time.

Can I use my number before I receive my card?

Yes. It is always enough to simply tell us your ID number, you do not need to carry the card with you.

What if I lose my card ?

If you lose or forget your card, it is still sufficient just to confirm your name or ID number at the reservation desk and we will look up your number in the system. If you wish to replace the card, please contact petra@kampagroup.com.

Am I guaranteed a table as a member?

We cannot always guarantee a table, but we can guarantee to do everything we can to make room for our members when we are busy.

How do I collect the points from my bill?

Simply confirm your member ID with the hostess when you arrive to the restaurant, and we will take care of the rest.

Can two members share the points from one bill?

Each bill can be assigned to only one member ID. If you are in a group and wish to share the points please inform the waiter, before you ask for the bill, that you wish to have two separate ones.

Do I have to show my card to get the points?

No, you do not need to have your card with you. Simply confirm with the waiter or hostess that you are a member, and we will take care of the rest.

How do I know what rewards I am eligible for?

All rewards are listed on the website, www.morethandining.com, and when you enter the member section, the list in “My selection” will automatically show you which rewards you have already earned, and which are just around the corner.

How do I qualify for the MTD party?

Every member who receives a certain number of points automatically gets a chance to enjoy the MTD party, that is a celebration of the end of each MTD year and is organized by Kampa Group for all partners and members. More information about the party will be stated in an invitation that you will receive from us.

How do I find out how many points I have right now?

After logging into the membership section at www.morethandining.com, simply click on “My points”.

How long are my points valid for?

All points are valid for the period of 18 months from the date they are registered to your account.
